Absentee Ballots Available TODAY - January 21, 2012
  With Super Tuesday just six weeks away, absentee voting begins in Georgia on Saturday. Voters can request an absentee ballot through March 2. 
Absentee ballots must be returned to their county's election office by the close of the polls on March 6. Ballots cast by overseas and military voters must be postmarked on or before March 6, but will be accepted through the close of business on March 9, 2012.Georgia voters are not required to provide a reason for requesting or casting an absentee ballot.
