Voter Outreach
Republicans throughout Metro Atlanta will come together for this annual dinner to raise funds to beat back the Democrats this year for control of the U.S. Senate, and for each of our State Constitutional offices.  Please join us as we support our imperative Voter Outreach and Get Out the Vote efforts for this crucial election.  Obama and the Dems now have 23 open offices in Georgia and are formidable.  Our Senate race is one of the most visible in the nation, and we also must keep control of our Governor’s mansion. Remember, with a population larger than six states, Fulton County has critically important Congressional and County elections as well.  We need you at this event on the Road to Victory! Buy your tickets today!

Vice Chairman Price Statement on Passage of "The Path to Prosperity"

WASHINGTON, D.C. – House Committee on the Budget Vice Chairman Tom Price, M.D. (GA-06), applauded the passage of the House FY2015 budget resolution, "The Path to Prosperity," saying:

"Today, the U.S. House of Representatives passed 'The Path to Prosperity' - a responsible, balanced budget that seriously tackles the fiscal and economic problems facing our nation. Our budget demonstrates that it is, indeed, possible to cut spending while still honoring our commitments to the American people. We accomplish all of this without raising taxes by a single cent.

"Sadly, we have yet to see comparable seriousness from the White House or Senate Democrats whose destructive agenda is forcing Americans to grapple with a 'new normal' of a smaller workforce, lower wages, higher energy costs, demolition of our health care system and so much more. Democrats are standing in the way of economic growth while supporting policies that take more from hardworking Americans so they can spend more in Washington. Republicans believe there's a better way.

"I congratulate the House Budget Committee members and staff for their tireless work in developing a budget that truly addresses the most important priorities of the American people – growing our economy, caring for the poor, paying down our national debt, restoring patient-centered health care, expanding access to domestic energy production, repairing our social safety net, reforming our tax code and bolstering our national defense."

Congressman Tom Price, M.D., represents Georgia's Sixth Congressional District. He is also a member of the House Committee on Ways and Means, as well as the House Committee on Education and the Workforce. An orthopaedic surgeon, he spent more than 20 years caring for patients in the metro Atlanta area.
